Coloring process

Printing process

Self-drying ink is easy to remove for a long time, and can be wiped off with alcohol. UV ink feels distinctly bumpy and difficult to erase.
2. Stamping: A thin layer of paper is stamped on it. So there is no impression of convexity in silk printing. And hot stamping should not be directly on PE and P P. It is necessary to heat transfer first and then hot stamp later. Or a good hot stamping paper can also be directly stamped. Aluminum plastic can not be hot stamped, full speed can be hot stamped.
3. Water transfer printing: It is an irregular printing process carried out in water. The printed lines are inconsistent. And the price is more expensive.
4. Thermal transfer printing: Thermal transfer printing is mostly used for products with large quantity and complicated printing. It belongs to attaching a layer of film to the surface. The price is on the high side.
5. Offset printing: mostly used for aluminium plastic hose and full plastic hose. If offset printing is made of color hose white, it must be silk-printed, and the offset printing will have a background color. And sometimes a layer of bright film or sub-film is attached to the surface of the hose.
